What we've done in your area:
Priority: SPEEDING

At the PACT meeting on Thursday 10th June, PS John Cottrell of the Safety Camera Team gave a talk on speeding and answered questions from members of the public. There is good news to report. A new enforcement site has been agreed on the A466 at St Arvans. It appears that motor vehicles are entering the village in excess of the 30mph speed limit. Furthermore, there is a bad bend in the centre of the village. Local officers are also assisting with enforcement. There are also new flashing signs to slow down. Every effort is being made to reduce speeding in St Arvans.
