What we've done in your area:
Priority: Off-road motorbikes
We have been patrolling the forestry areas and the issue of off-road bikes appears to have diminished. We have had very few sightings or calls from the public regarding this and we have spoken to local residents when we are out and about who have also confirmed that that the number of 'off-roaders' in the area has dropped. We will continue to monitor this and can issue Section 59 warnings to anyone found using off-road bikes illegally. This means that anyone receiving more than one warning within a twelve month period can have their bike seized.
