Right now we are looking for highly motivated and experienced police officers or former police officers from a detective background wishing to transfer or rejoin Gwent Police.

DETECTIVE POSTS:

We are looking for experienced Detectives who have attended and successfully completed the Initial Crime Investigators Development Programme and are accredited at level 2 of PIP (Professionalising the Investigation Process). As well as applications from experienced detectives who predate the Trainee Investigator Programme, and are qualified by having attended the National CID Foundation Course. We are also looking for police officers for response and neighbourhood support unit.
