Monmouthshire Prime - Win a Waitrose Hamper! Join up to OWL (Online Watch Link)

This competition is open to any resident living in the Monmouthshire County Borough that is eligible to sign up to OWL (Online Watch Link).

One local winner will be chosen at random from all OWL members in the Monmouthshire area who successfully register with OWL between 00:01 on Monday 22nd April 2013 and 23:59 on Friday 31st July 2013.

There is no cash alternative for these prizes.

By entering a competition, entrants agree to be bound by the Rules.

The promoter of Competitions is Gwent Police, Police HQ, Croesyceiliog, Cwmbran, NP44 2XJ.

Gwent Police reserve the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules at its sole discretion and without notice in the event of any event outside Gwent Police’s reasonable control. Any changes will be an amendment to terms and conditions.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Gwent Police shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

By entering a Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

Gwent Police reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant is not eligible or has otherwise breached any of the Rules.

In the event that any Competition winner is subsequently disqualified from a Competition for any reason Gwent Police, in its sole discretion, may decide whether a replacement winner should be selected in accordance with the Competition criteria.

Entrants may be required to take part in post competition promotional activity with Waitrose and Gwent Police.

Results will be published in the next published edition of Monmouthshire Prime.
