To make the application process easy, you can open your chosen application
form, print it off, fill it in by hand and send it to us.
Please remember to sign and date each form, once printed out.
Please read the notes at the end of each form carefully as you are required to supply
payment and signed photographs in some instances. Check the amount you must pay in our Licensing Fee's section.

Shotgun & Firearm Check Lists
The following checklists will help ensure that you download all of the relevant forms for the type of application(s) you wish to make.

Transfer of Firearm ⁄ Shotgun:
Firearms legislation requires that all notifications must be sent to the Firearms Licensing Department within 7 days of the transaction date, including sales/acquisitions from abroad; we also accept facsimile notifications as long as they are a good quality copy.

Change in Permanent Address:
Conditions on your certificate state that you must notify a change of permanent address without undue delay. You must send your certificate to the Firearms Licensing Department together with a covering letter providing details of your new address/security location.
