Appeal to locate Stephen Thomas

Gwent Police is appealing for information to locate Stephen Kenneth Thomas who has breached his licence conditions after being released from prison on 10th November 2011.

Stephen Thomas was serving a five year prison sentence for Causing Death by Reckless Driving after being convicted at Cardiff Crown Court on 7th July 2008.

Due to the fact that Stephen Thomas, who was released on licence, breached his licence conditions he has been recalled to prison.

Thomas is 25 years old and is described as white, approximately 5'7" tall and of medium build. He has short, straight brown hair and is known to frequent the Aberbargoed, Blackwood and Oakdale areas.
