Please ensure your ticket number has 16 digits and should be in the following format:-

Answer:
You do not need to do anything until you receive correspondence from the Central Ticket Office.

I would like to pay my Traffic Offence Report

Answer:
Payment can be taken by either telephone or online. Telephone Number: 0300 1231481. Online https://penaltynotice.direct.gov.uk

 

Question:
Can I have an extended time to pay or a payment plan?

Answer:
Gwent Police do not offer payment plans or offer extensions.

 

Question:
I need to send my licence off but I have lost it.

Answer:
Please contact the Fixed Penalty Office (telephone number 01639 605784) to inform them and apply for a New Licence immediately
