Head of People Services - Neil Lewis
Neil joined Gwent Police in July 2015 having previously been employed as Human Resources Manager at Newport City Council. Neil has worked in HR for over 15 years after graduating with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Glamorgan, and completing an MSc in Human Resource Management. Neil is currently developing the Gwent Police Wellbeing Strategy.
Neil has responsibility for: HR, Learning and Development, Occupational Health and Health and Safety.

Head of Estates - Kieran McHugh
Kieran joined Gwent Police in 2001 and has over 30 years post-graduate experience in Estate Management in the banking, leisure, private and government sectors.
Kieran represents Gwent Police on the South Wales Joint Emergency Services Estate Board and on the National Police Estate Group (NPEG). He is responsible for the Estate Strategy, Management of the Estate, Facilities and Uniform and Equipment Stores.
Kieran is a keen sports player and takes part in charity work with Hosanna House & Children's Pilgrimage Trust (HCPT) and The Night Shelter.

Head of Criminal Justice and Data Management - David Broadway
Dave joined Gwent Police in July 1995 as part of the finance department and has also performed the role of a Business Manager and the Technical Collaboration Manager for Shared Resource Services, before moving into the Criminal Justice world in 2011.
Dave has been the acting Head of Custody, Justice Administration and Data Management since March 2016 and is currently leading on a review of the Justice Administration business area.
