Gwent Police is hosting an exciting event to celebrate the Welsh language in Gwent.
Chief Constable Pam Kelly will be opening up the event on February 28 at the Lysaght Institute in Newport.
There will be performances from local schools and the Welsh Language Commissioner Aled Roberts will be among those speaking at the event.
We want to hear your ideas about how we can encourage use of the Welsh language from Welsh speakers, Welsh learners and anyone with an interest in the language.
Simultaneous translation will be available so you don’t have to speak fluent Welsh to attend.
Join us on the 28th of February, 10am – 3pm at Lysaght Institute, Newport NP19 0RA – to be part of the conversation.
Complete the registration form below to reserve your place at the event.
