Re-appeal following gunshot wound to dog walker – Ebbw Vale

We’re re-appealing for information to an incident where a dog walker suffered gunshot injuries in Ebbw Vale.

The charity Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.

Officers were called to Man Moel Road just after 6pm on Sunday, 18th November 2018. A man had been walking in the area with his dog, when he was injured in the leg.

The 47 year old suffered life changing injuries, for which he still requires ongoing hospital treatment.

A 50 year old man, from the Cefn Golau area of Tredegar, who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder last year was released under investigation.

If you can help call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting log 383 18/11/18 or contact them via the non-traceable anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org. The reward will only qualify if information is passed to Crimestoppers not if it’s passed through police.

Oherwydd natur frys y cyhoeddiad hwn, nid oes cyfieithiad uniongyrchol yn Gymraeg ar gael ar hyn o bryd. Rydym yn ymddiheuro am unrhyw anghyfleustra. Diolch.
