In the early hours of Sunday morning, at approximately 1.55am, officers were called to a report of a concern for welfare of an unknown man found on Pontygwindy Road in Caerphilly.
Officers and ambulance attended and a 31 year old man from the Trethomas area was taken to the Heath Hospital with a minor head injury. He has since been released from hospital.
