Police Officers

Gwent Police are looking to recruit Detective Constables from all backgrounds, currently serving with other Home Office Forces, who have completed their probationary period.

We are looking to recruit qualified and experienced Detective Constables with skills and experience in managing a range of complex investigations, and/or experience of digital evidence gathering, dealing with cyber-enabled crimes, and an understanding of a range of vulnerabilities and the appropriate ways to respond.  As well as many staff benefits we provide a wide range of career opportunities, specialist posts, as well as development and promotion prospects.

We are looking for a Cadet Assistant Unit Leader to link in with the Unit leader and provide additional adult supervision during sessions and help with basic administration
