We would like to speak to anyone who was travelling on the B4233 Old Monmouth Road, Abergavenny between 4.45pm and 5.15pm on Wednesday 22 November.
We’re appealing for witnesses after receiving a report of a road traffic collision on the B4233 Old Monmouth Road, between Abergavenny and Monmouth, at around 5pm on Wednesday 22 November.
Officers attended, along with personnel from the Welsh Ambulance Service and South Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
The collision involved two cars - a blue and white Mini and a red Toyota Aygo.
The driver and passenger of the Mini, an 18-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
We’re asking for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or any motorists with dashcam footage that were using the B4233 Old Monmouth Road, Abergavenny, between 4.45pm and 5.15pm to contact us.
