Five men have been charged with the supply of class A and B drugs.
Officers from Gwent Police carried out warrants at four addresses in Blaenau Gwent and Caerphilly on Thursday 26 October.
During Operation Regal, officers arrested five men who appeared at Newport Magistrates’ Courts today (Friday 27 October).
A 27-year-old man from Fochriw was charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs – cocaine; being concerned in the supply of class A drugs – cocaine; conspiracy with another to commit fraud; conspiracy with others to steal motor vehicles; dangerous driving; driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, and possession of criminal property.
A 21-year-old man from Fochriw was charged with two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs – cocaine; being concerned in the supply of class B drugs – cannabis; possession with intent to supply class B drugs – cannabis; possession of criminal property.
A 19-year-old man from Bargoed was charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs – cocaine; being concerned in the supply of class B drugs – cannabis; possession of class B drugs – cannabis; possession of criminal property.
A 25-year-old man from Bargoed was charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs – crack cocaine; being concerned in the supply of class B drugs – cannabis.
A 22-year-old man from Brynmawr was charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs – cocaine; being concerned in the supply of class B drugs – ketamine.
