Gwent Police is appealing for witnesses following a report of a collision in Henllys Way, Cwmbran on Thursday 19 December.
The collision involved a white Nissan Qashqai and a white Triumph Tiger motorbike.
It is believed to have happened sometime between 6.20pm and 6.45pm in Henllys Way near the junction of Green Meadow Square, Cwmbran.
The driver of the Qashqai, a 49-year-old woman, received minor injuries and the rider of the motorbike reportedly left the scene.
