Gwent Police is appealing for information to find Anthony Richards from Caerphilly.
The 34-year-old has been recalled to prison after breaching his licence conditions.
Richards was sentenced to six months and 14 days for possession of an offensive weapon at Newport Magistrates Court, on 12 August 2024, and was released in December.
