Children at a Monmouth school enjoyed a visit from a member of the town's neighbourhood policing team.
Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Megan Greaves spoke to girls and boys in the reception class at Haberdashers' Monmouth School.
The session was part of the People Who Help Us topic and PCSO Greaves' recent visit sparked lots of conversations with pupils.
"How many monsters have you put into dungeons?" and "How many jewels do the robbers have?" were just two of the many questions asked by the children.
PCSO Greaves spoke about the role that Gwent Police plays in keeping our communities safe and the importance of dialling 999 in an emergency.
"As a neighbourhood team, we enjoy being at the heart of our communities," said PCSO Greaves.
"It was clear just how knowledgeable and interested the boys and girls at Haberdashers' Monmouth were of the role and importance of policing."
