Please could you tell me how many cases of attempted suicide and how many cases of completed suicide you have recorded, broken down by category and month, from January 2019 to the end of June 2021.
For each of these categories, could you please break the information down by method used (if the information is held), and how many attempted suicides were by minors, and how many of the completed suicides were by minors?
Where the cases involved minors attempting or completing suicide, please could you break the information down by age?
