2021/24372 - Gwent Police vs Carl Anthony Rosser

This request will be made and submitted to Your Force under/via the Freedom of Information Act.
The request I am respectfully submitting to Yourselves is for any and/or all information and documentation ie, Court Transcripts, Police Files relating to the Incident and Case and Official evidence of which would not and does not constitute Data Protection Breach filed or held on record in the case against Defendant Carl Anthony Rosser, DOB 23/02/1984, in Case involving Victim Chloe Manning of 7 Forsythia Close, Risca. The Accused Mr Carl Anthony Rosser was residing at Caravan D, Risca Caravan Park/Site, Risca.
The Original offence was a section 39 assault with Beating that was alleged to have taken place on May 28th, 2017. Mr Rosser was arrested on said date, taken to Newport Central Police Station and held overnight before being released the following Night of May 29th.
Subsequent to His release, Mr Rosser was again Arrested on Tuesday, May 30th on Warrant as He was wanted on Recall to Prison as He is on a Life Licence after Being Convicted for the Offence of Murder in 2001. Me Rosser was located in the early evening of May 30th, arrested on Recall Warrant, and subsequently taken to HMP Cardiff where He remains at present.
Please could I petition You for the release of all Case material dating back to the Original Court Case tried at Newport Crown Court before Judge Lord Justice Richards charged with Murder, for which Defendant Rosser Plead Not Guilty, but did enter a plea of Guilty to the lesser Crime of Manslaughter.
Could I also request any and all case material, that is not subject to Date Protection, for the more recent case of Plaintiff Heddlu Gwent Police vs Defendant Carl Anthony Rosser that was out before Newport Magistrates Court on September 6th, 2017, or 06/09/2017.
