I am writing from Rugby Property Assets Limited who are the owners of the Gwent Shopping Centre in Tredegar and we are having an ongoing issue with a busker playing his violin on our property and causing a nuisance.
We have had several complaints from our tenants as this busker refuses to move from our property and if we do move him on, he comes back once our caretaker has left the property. We are now at the stage where someone has made a noise complaint to the Council regarding this. We cannot hire a fulltime security guard due to funds and so we are now looking into applying for an injunction.
In order to apply for the injunction, we need to know the name and address of this busker. We have asked the busker for his information but has refused to give this to us. We do know that police and PCSO's have been called to the sight on multiple occasions and we would have thought that you would have his information.
I am putting this Freedom of Information request forward to obtain the gentleman's name and address so that we can apply for an injunction.
