Assault of a child under 13 by penetration (section 6 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003) each year since 2011.
Sexual assault of a child under 13 (section 7 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003) each year since 2011.
Can I please have information on:
The total number of arrests and charges made under the offence of rape of a child under 13 aggregated by gender each year from 1st of January 2011 to 1st of July 2021.
The total number of arrests and charges made under the offence of assault of a child under 13 by penetration aggregated by gender each year from 1st of January 2011 to 1st of July 2021.
The total number of arrests and charges made under the offence of sexual assault of a child under 13 aggregated by gender each year from 1st of January 2011 to 1st of July 2021.
