2021/24474 - Domestic Abuse

REQUEST

I would like to request the following information regarding non-fatal strangulation as per the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. Please note, there are two parts to my request. 

- From July 2021 to present, how many people have reported the crime of non-fatal strangulation? 

- What was the outcome of each allegation? An allegation outcome could be: case to answer, discontinuance, dispensation, no caste to answer, ongoing, withdrawn.
