Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please can you provide me with responses to the following:
All records of compliance for use of body worn video for the last three individual calendar years as three annual totals, broken down where recorded by different areas of use e.g. stop and search. For example, the compliance with use of BWV for the Metropolitan Police is done through the Stop and Search Gold Group and compliance is currently at 93%. Please provide full net numbers of incidents and BWV use, not only percentages.
Please also provide full records of incidents where body worn video has been not used or wrongly used and please provide the description of the wrongful practice e.g. camera turned off.
