How many reports have Gwent Police responded to involving rings or jewellery being stolen off patients from their hospital beds in the last five years.
Could I get the data on this dating back to August 1, 2016.
Could I get a table with the following info on each case:

Were charges against a suspect made: (Yes/No) Thank you.
If it is too expensive to proceed with the above time frame then I will be satisfied with a shorter time period, from August 1, 2019 or until the work goes over the cost of £450.
