2021/24593 - Sexual Assault
REQUEST
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following information about all instances of sexual assault with reference to dating sites reported in your region between September 2021 to present day (October 2021).
- The number of incidents reported to police of drink spiking. I ask for the information to include gender and age of the victim.
- The number of reports to police of sexual assault/violence where drink spiking was mentioned in the report.
- The number of reports made to police where 'injecting' or 'injection' was mentioned in the log in relation to drink spiking.
I ask for the information to be broken down weekly (September 2021 - October 2021) and to include the number of reports, location of the crime, gender of victim, age of victim, and outcome of the crime/any further action taken.
By instances of sexual violence, I mean those which British Law defines under the Sexual Offences Act (2003)
