I wish to find out who proposed the change to Gwent Polices Ethics Committee and IAG involvement being prevented, due to members of the Ethics Committee being remunerated.
What evidence supports the change , as public money being spent.
What evidence is there that better quality committee through remuneration.
How much more will this cost, in comparison to previous cost of Ethics Committee.
Was it ever discussed that IAG should be informed of change.
The argument is that IAG members can't continue as would be compromised. What evidence was presented to suggest that the same could be argued by remuneration for new Ethics Committee? IE surely undermines their independence?
