REQUEST

QUESTION 1:

Please supply the following data (numbers) regarding Stalking Protection Orders (SPOs) for the time period 01/01/2021 – 30/12/2021 inclusive.

There are three numbers I’m requesting.

**Total number of SPO applications (Made to the court)

**Total number of SPO granted (Both full Stalking Protection Orders and Interim Stalking Protection orders)

** Total number of SPO refused. (Both – full Stalking Protection Orders and Interim Stalking Protection orders)

    QUESTION 2:

Please supply the following data (numbers) for the time period 01/01/2021 – 30/12/2021 inclusive in your force.

This is referring to the number of staking crimes recorded and the number of those which were charged to court.

    ** Number of stalking offences reported

    ** Number of prosecutions for stalking offences

QUESTION 3:

From the previous year 01/01/2020 – 30/12/2020 I had that Gwent police had applied for 6 SPO’s but hadn’t had any granted. Can you please me if that is correct?
