REQUEST
Between the financial year 2010/11 and 2020/21, please share the following information regarding successful settlements. I define successful settlements as all civil lawsuits and liability claims that resulted in payments by the police force to claimants.
- The amount of the settlement, excluding legal fees
- The name of the officer or officers involved in the claim
- The date the claim was made
- The date the settlement was agreed
- Whether the case was settled pre-trial
- The allegation e.g false arrest, excessive force
