2022/25431 - Recruitment Targets

REQUEST

We are currently doing some research into police force recruitment. Our main objective is to see what the forces’ recruitment targets are and how close they are to reaching these goals. This information would be greatly appreciated as it will help us to encourage and assist new people into joining the police.

I am requesting information on the current recruitment targets of the force and the total number of officers recruited this year (2021-2022) and the past two years (2019-2020 and 2020-2021)
