How many Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) have been awarded for speeding on 20mph and 30mph roads in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021? To clarify, I would like to receive separate data for both 20mph and 30mph, as well as separate data for each of the years provided.
