- What is their job title?
- What are their contact details (email address and contact number)?
- How many people across the council (including contractors) are involved with projects on average, on an annual basis?
- What software package(s) is used for project, programme and/or portfolio management? (If none or spreadsheets, please stipulate)
- In the event that a project management software is used:
- When do to the software licences expire?
- Which departments access the software (i.e. I.T./Property etc)?
- How many users access the software?

In the Estate and Facilities Department , this is the Head of Estate and Facilities.
Change Management - Head of Change.
- What is their job title?
Head of Estate and Facilities.
Manager – Change Management.
- What are their contact details (email address and contact number)?

- How many people across the council (including contractors) are involved with projects on average, on an annual basis?
In the Estate and Facilities Dept there are 5 people involved in Projects.
Change Management – There are 14 people that deal with projects.
- What software package(s) is used for project, programme and/or portfolio management? (If none or spreadsheets, please stipulate)
Estates - No specific programmes , excel spreadsheets are used.
Change Management - We use Microsoft Project and other office applications.
