How many people have been charged, and how many convictions have there been, in the present year and in past years for cycling on the pavement?
For ease of reference: copied from The Highway Code: 64 You MUST NOT cycle on a pavement. Laws HA 1835 sect 72 & R(S)A 1984, sect 129.
Please be advised that the request will be based on fines from the Local Council instead of a Police charge.
Any convictions would be available through the Courts.
