2022/25370 - Installation of Event Equipment

REQUEST

 

An event was held in Abergavenny  on Boxing Day 2019.

Could I refer you to FOI 2022/25165. Reply from 28/6/2022 Gwent Police were requested if they installed ANY barriers at this event at Q1 & Q2 Gwent Police confirmed that Monmouthshire County Council installed the barriers at this event.

 

In two separate request MCC have confirmed under FOI  that Gwent Police Supplied & Installed the Barriers on the HIghway:

 4/ If Monmouthshire County Council did not supply or did not  install the barriers on the Public Highway; are you aware  who did ?- please confirm if you have the information.

QUESTION UNDER FOITO GWENT POLICE  :

1/COULD  GWENT POLICE CONFIRM  THEY DID SUPPLY OR INSTALL ANY BARRIERS FOR  THE BOXING DAY 2019 HUNT EVENT IN ABERGAVENNY

 

2/ DID GWENT POLICE INSTALL BARRIERS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY REASONS

 

3/ DID GWENT POLICE INSTALL THE BARRIERS AS PART OF THE DISCUSSIONS OR AADVICE WITH THE SAFETY ADVISORY GROUP ( as per Gwent Police FOI reply from 28/6/22)

 

4/ IF GWENT POLICE TOOK THE DECISION TO IANY CROWD OR TRAFFIC BARRIERS THEN PLEASE CONFIRM THE AREA INVOLVED, REASONS FOR INSTALLATION.
