2022/25547 - Breastfeeding filming/observing incidents

REQUEST

 

1)  Please tell me, at the time of this FoI, how many incidents your police force had recorded of the newly introduced offence of using equipment to film or observe another while breastfeeding. According to page 159 of the Home Office Counting Rules for Recorded Crime, this should be under the code 88/13.

 

2)  For each of the incidents recorded, could you please provide me with a copy of the MO and/or Investigation Summary Field while making sure to redact any personally identifying details?
