If your force does not use Garden Leave as an option, I am satisfied that the answer in effect therefore is nil. It may also be the case that your Force does not utilise SOSR as a fair reason for dismissal but if you could check for me that would be great. You may only need to go back as far as you can e.g 3 or 5 years to avoid having to utilise the S. 12 cost exemption.
