2022/24828 - Public filming at Police Premises Arrests
REQUEST
During the years of 2020 and 2021 how many arrests were made for members of the public filming police premises? what were the grounds/offences used for the arrests? How many of these ended in civil prosecution against the police force? Would it not be better and to save embarrassment of the force and save the monetary value of civil action to inform ALL members of staff the laws around this?
