The information requested is as follows: • The total number of dogs that have been seized by Gwent Police for being considered dangerously out of control as per DDA 91, s3 – Keeping Dogs Under Proper Control, between 1st of January 2019 – 31st of December 2021. • The total number of those dogs that in addition to being considered dangerously out of control were found to be prohibited breeds as per DDA 91, s1 – Dogs Bred for Fighting, between 1st of January 2019 – 31st of December 2021. • The total number for each breed or type of dog that was seized under DDA 91, s3 – Keeping Dogs Under Proper Control, between 1st of January 2019 – 31st of December 2021 (this list should include breed and type breakdown by number). • To help understand why a breed or type of dog might have been deemed dangerous between 1st of January 2019 – 31st of December 2021 please provide a breakdown of numbers for the following; 1. Death 2. Sustained attack requiring physical intervention to cease 3. Multiple Bite Incident 4. Single Bite Incident 5. No bite but injury occurred 6. No Injury
