Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please can you provide me with the following:
1/ All dip sampling records relating to use of body worn video cameras by the force from January 1st, 2019, up to the point this response is answered. Please state how big the sample was and what the dip sample showed, including all statistics. If the dip sampling showed what type of incidents officers had failed to activate BWV for, or had mis-used BWV during, please provide that information. Please include any examples shared during the dip sample which detail failures relating to the use of BWV, and the dates of the samples.
2/ All investigations, reports or scrutiny into the adherence, success or misuse of the force's use of body worn video from January 1st, 2019, up to the point this response is answered. Please include any investigations concerning technical problems relating to the body worn video cameras and the storage of footage.
3/ The number of a) individual occasions, and b) individual officers, found to have not activated body worn video when force policy mandates they should have in 2022. If known, please also state the most number of times an officer has been found to have not activated BWV this year. If these statistics are not collected, please say so.
4/ Please share the current disciplinary policy concerning officers found not to have used body worn video correctly. If there is no disciplinary consequence to not using BWV correctly, please say so.
If you are able to supply some of this information more quickly than other items, please supply each item when you can rather than delay everything until it is all available.
