Regarding the car crash in Cardiff, in which two people were left undiscovered whilst three of their friends were killed, I understand the police helicopter was called out at around 11.50pm on the Sunday that resulted in the vehicle being located near the A48. Please disclose, preferably by PDF, any pocket notebook entry of the officer that called for the police helicopter - the officer being one who may have been at, or was at, the scene/near the scene and reported this so that it led to the helicopter being called that went to the area and located the vehicle. The pocket notebook entry that may record being informed of or noticing that the car was there or may be there and/or noting that they called for the helicopter or any conversation they had with someone that then had the helicopter called out.
