2026/29209 - Clare's Law 2025

REQUEST

 

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information regarding how Clare’s Law requests (or the Domestic Violence Disclosure scheme) are handled by Heddlu Gwent. Specifically, I would like to know:
•
Total number of Clare’s Law applications received (both RTA and RTK) in 2025
•
The number of these applications that were processed within 28 days in 2025
•
The longest time taken to process a Clare’s Law application in 2025
