Police Constable 2101 Llewellyn will answer an allegation that his conduct amounted to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of:
- Confidentiality
- Discreditable Conduct
It is alleged that, between April and July 2021 accessed Police Information and communicated with another .
This is alleged to amount to gross misconduct and, if proven, would justify PC 2101 Llewellyn's dismissal from Gwent without notice.
The identity of victims/witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
