Police Constable 2366 Graham will answer answer allegations that his conduct amounted to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of:

• Honesty and Integrity
• Authority, Respect and Courtesy
• Use of Force

This is alleged to amount to gross misconduct and, if proven, would justify PC Graham's dismissal from Gwent Police without notice.

The identity of victims/witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.

All attendees are required to register in advance. Anyone wishing to attend must register no later than 12:00 on Friday, 11 September. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.
