PC 2816 Cullen Gough- Nicholls answered allegations that his conduct amounted to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:
On 9th March 2026 this conduct, was found to be proven and alleged to amount to gross misconduct, it was so serious as to justify dismissal.
The panel found that the allegations were proven at the level of gross misconduct, and the officer would have been dismissed had he not resigned.
