Hi, I am CSO Richard Williams and I am the Community Support Officer for the Nelson Ward. I joined Gwent Police in 2007 and have worked in telecommunications for 7 years prior to this. Before joining the Ystrad Mynach Neighbourhood team I was the ward PCSO for Twyn Carno in Rhymni for 3 years.
