Lewis Verren, 19, was remanded into custody at Newport Magistrates Court on Saturday 26 September ahead of his next court appearance.
Kyle Vaughan, then aged 24, was last seen at around 11.45pm on 30 December 2012 and we’re renewing our appeal for information.
Ben Bray, 21, will appear before Newport Magistrates' Court on Friday 31 July.
