Former PC Cullen Gough-Nicholls did not attend the hearing held on Monday 9 March in relation to three allegations that breached the professional standards of behaviour.
Officers attended a report of a collision on the A4042 on Thursday 12 February involving three cars and a pedestrian.

The Neighbourhood Policing Team are committed to tackling this priority through engagement, collaborative working and problem solving.
The team will proactively patrol hotspot areas, providing a visible deterrent against offending.
Officers will continue to conduct both plain clothes and high visibility patrols across the ward to target anti-social behaviour working closely with partners.

Criminal Behaviour orders will also be used in order to tackle prolific offenders.
