A 40-year-old man is currently in police custody following his arrest on suspicion of murder.
Anthony ‘Tony’ Jones, 56, died in hospital as a result of injuries sustained in a report of violent disorder in Pontnewynydd, near Pontypool; his family continue to be supported by specialist officers.
Officers investigating this report are appealing for anyone in either Mill Road or Hospital Road in Pontnewynydd between 7pm and 7.30pm to contact them.
Kyle Vaughan, then aged 24, was last seen at around 11.45pm on 30 December 2012 and we’re renewing our appeal for information.
The men, aged 54 to 73, are all British citizens and are bailed to appear before Newport Magistrates’ Court on Friday 24 July.

The Neighbourhood Policing Team are committed to tackling this priority through engagement, collaborative working and problem solving.
The team will proactively patrol hotspot areas, providing a visible deterrent against offending.
Officers will continue to conduct both plain clothes and high visibility patrols across the ward to target drug use. This includes executing warrants where appropriate.
Criminal Behaviour orders will also be used in order to tackle prolific offenders.
