Summary

In the absence of Former PC 2242 Tancock allegations that his conduct amounted to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:

  • Equality and Diversity
  • Discreditable Conduct

 

Decision

The panel found that the allegations were proven at the level of gross  misconduct, and the officer would have been dismissed had he not resigned.
