Employer Support Policing is a program designed to support employers who employ police officers or police staff members. Its aim is to enhance the role of police in the community while ensuring that the employment rights and responsibilities of police personnel are upheld. Employers can access training and guidance on relevant employment law, access to police support networks, and supportive resources to help maintain the wellbeing of police officers and staff members while they serve their communities.
