Kyle Vaughan, then aged 24, was last seen at around 11.45pm on 30 December 2012 and we’re renewing our appeal for information.
The men, aged 54 to 73, are all British citizens and are bailed to appear before Newport Magistrates’ Court on Friday 24 July.
Officers were called to the A48 Pwllmeyric, Chepstow at around 5.55am on Tuesday 7 July following a report of a road traffic collision involving an electric bicycle and a bus.
The family of a woman who died following an incident on Green Lane, Caldicot, on Thursday 4 June, has paid tribute to her.
Detectives are continuing their investigation into the death of a woman after she was found unresponsive at an address in Caldicot.
